Melanie will tell us all about Denmark, her reasons to choose to be here in NZ, and her goals and aspirations for the 12 months she is here. Melanie hopes to meet all of you individually, and is keen to join you in your regular activities that show her different perspectives of life in NZ

We heard from Wayne Brewer(Businesses owned,& Hairdressing)
Graeme Martin (The Masons, and leadership roles involved), Brian Cooper (From England to Digital success in NZ), and Tony Fortune (impressive support from Club members – Handicamp & his DG year)
At each future Club meeting one name will be drawn from the hat- it could be yours!
The meeting then focused on the outcomes for the July 29 meeting of the Board:
Annual accounts approved for distribution to members
Charitable Trust Accounts due 20th August
Voluntary donation to Rotary Foundation August $150
Club meeting meal charge increases from $32 to $35 - effective Monday 12 August
Urgent for membership to increase, costs to reduce
Membership: Fit-for-Purpose club transformation bid
Working with new Community Grouping of 13 Clubs
Stand taken at Volunteers Expo – 28th September
