The Great Auckland Duck Race 2017
Picture thousands of rubber ducks racing through the rapids at Vector Wero Whitewater Park. Quack, quack - The Great Auckland Duck Race is a great service project co-hosted by Rotary Remuera and Manurewa-Takanini Clubs. Thanks for support from Ray White Remuera, Manurewa and Takanini. $15,886 (50% of the net proceeds) was raised in Nov 2017 for the Life Education Trust Counties Manukau and Ponsonby Eden Roskill; with the remaining 50% share being equally shared between our two Rotary clubs to go towards other great charities we support.
